  • This guy must REALLY be afraid of fat chicks!!

  • what kinda gears does this requior? 8.99s? lol :p

  • 18 people are jealous and wish they had the money to spend on toys like this

  • thats not a 24 inch lift

  • that truck sucks off road, i'd out wheel you anyday with my suzuki samurai on 33's.

  • I think Michael J. Fox shot this video

  • i wonder how many tie rods hes bent in that thing...

  • no need for a grille guard with a truck that big. bumper guard maybe, cause if you hit a deer your running it over or its neck is hitting your bumper before it snaps in 2!

  • MY stock tacoma could do that. BUt nice truck. I would love an old chev short box with a 350. Sighhhh one day.

  • please get some 53's or something bigger

  • Why

  • Why u goon on rocks with the boggers? Those r for mud dude!

  • @whyarethewallsbarkin

because it all i have on the truck.its a mud truck that i play with where every i can.always nice to try n play on new things.

  • really nice truck but he needs bigger tires with that lift tires dont look good with it

  • GAY! lets see a cool vid of him getting into it!

  • He probably has a set of 54's back at home. They aren't neccessary for a trail like this one.

  • Can't park that 2 long in one spot without birds nesting on it...lol

  • Are those manuel locking hubs in the rear and if so why?

  • @glerma1

no there not hubs there GMC center caps

  • to the guy hating on 1st gens ask cole dow if you need a second gen or a 24 valve?

  • it would look better with bigger tires

  • must be very unstable. nice truck though

  • The 44 inch boggers look too small. I wonder if 54 inch boggers would fit.

  • saw that truck on the ORD page

  • haha the lift makes those tires look like 35

  • those arent 44s those are 40s. Know your trucks OP!

  • take that jeeps

  • DONT EVER LIFT A JEEP MORE THAN 10inches, you'll roll everywhere

  • You should be mudding with that beast.. not trying to do all this technical stuff

  • like it

  • The biggest problem with having a truck that big is that you cant see the trail closer then about 20-25 feet out in front of you.. makes it -really- unsafe trying to maneuver, not to mention the incredibly high rate of rollover due to the change in CoG.. it never needed a lift that big with those tires, could have dropped it 10 inches and it would have been just fine.

  • @WowMike2002 This guy uses it for a mud buggy - not so much a trail rig.

  • @searsbrothers still he could have had less lift, and more power.

  • @searsbrothers well said!!

  • @WowMike2002 yeah its diff not a trail toy.i built it for mud.always nice to play in n on new things tho.lol

  • @WowMike2002 how do you figuare i dont need that much lift?as of now at full flex i have 2-3' between tire and fenders.so if id lower it they wud rub all the time.this height also keeps tires outta fenders when the front catches air.this isnt a trail truck its a mud truck if ya couldnt tell?truck was built to run 50ish tires but do to the lack of motor im only running 44s.so please get all ur info together be4 you comment on stuff!

  • 44s look small under it, go big!

  • wow lame he wasent even on the hill and he was spinning,,,, pathetic

  • My dad has a truck just like that one, but only it's stock...

  • beautiful truck

  • overkill

    now it just looks gay

  • I'll stick with my Jeep

  • yeah alittle to much lift makes the tires look small , but sick truck, bet that lift coast a few bucks

  • it needs either bigger tires or less lift

  • great truck but its off balance and needs more weight

  • needs weight?? why wud you had weight to a mud truck?well to any offroad toy?

  • Nice truck, I'd add 49s.

  • thought about it but I'm trying tractor tires next.hopein the 1 tons will hold.

  • to be honest thats like major overkill my old man could most likely achieve that with a close-to-stock '03 hilux, still, it looks wicked nice truck

  • I'm a trail guide at this park called Jeepskool. I run newbies in near stock trucks up this obstacle all the time. What is not show in this video is a stock beat up 85 Toyota 4x4 truck following this Chevy.

  • your piont being wat.whos brang about me goin up this hill?truck was built for mud.i was just out trying to work bugs out !!truck is neither a trail truck or a rock crawler !!just like the little jeep you drive isnt a mud truck." IT'S A MUD TRUCK "

  • @513er I agree - my Jeep would last about 2 seconds in the stuff you drive your rig thru. Does anyone have video of your truck in the mud? Please link it to this video to show the folks what its capable of.

  • @513er Curious but where this mudding video at, not trying to be a jerk but i think you should downgrade lift, or upgrade tire size to 54" boggers, Or tractor tires. And if your having power issues, just make it Diesel. Cummins engine ( 5.9 ) can be found online for 1500 and cheaper just gotta look. Have fun

  • was some nice articulation for that high of a lift. Would have been a better video to watch someone get inside this thing.

  • ive seen this truck on off road directs site, he used super duty springs for the lift. more suited for the mud id say!!

  • yes this is in no way a trail truck or a rock crawler.was built for mud.

  • Haha, I'd take the Jeep. They have a bad rep for tipping, but compared to this truck they seem safe!

Also, It probably would have fit those tires fine with 12 in of lift rather than 24, haha. Thus still retaining all of it's ground clearance, without being a flip hazard.

  • are you kidding me.retain what?!?! my frame is 31/2 off the ground !!sure you could put 44's on a jeep n have the same clearance from diif to ground but no where near the frame or body clearane.O n i hope ur puttin a V8 in this jeep cuz no 4.0L or 3.8 is turning 44's !!

  • @513er my 4.0 will turn 46s but its built

  • built???how much HP.can you spin them in 2 high on dry pavement?

  • you are mistaken man..a good machine shop naturally aspirated can get well over 300 ft lbs of torque and I mean EASILY out of a 4.0 which is the same torque as the 1st gen dodge cummins if you didn't know.

  • right cuz the av person is taken the 4.0L n havein this done.point being a 4.0 is no match for 44s in the mud or every day driveing.its just not enough motor!!who brought up the first gen dodge??i mean really??12v i cud see or even the 24 but 1st gen??thats like bragin about a GM 6.2 0r 6.5.

  • @513er I was wrong, they were 49s, and I doubt it was built because it still had the stock intake on it. It was in a YJ, but it also had 6.17s in the axles, and I'm pretty sure it had dual t-cases. I'm sure it wasn't winning any races, but it didn't have any problems walking over a pretty nasty rock garden. While HP is great for mud, it's not really needed on rocks.

  • I've seen a 2.5L turn 42s.

  • turning a 42s down the road and turning 42's down a trail or in a mud hole is way differant.theres just not enough power to do anything with.

  • a 4.0 can turn 44's easy just put some lower gears in it,, my buddys jeep has 44s on it, they work just fine

  • they my work for rock crawling but as soon as you put it in say 3ft of mud theres no way enough HP to do anything.again lets put your buddys jeep on the highway in overdrive n see how well it goes. can your buddys jeep smoke the tires in 2hi with 44's?if he can please post the video so i can see it! theres "no replacement for displacemen"

  • 2 dangrous 2 rock cral with soemthign that high youl flip 2 easy

  • as you can see this isnt a rock crawler!!

  • hope the wind don't come up... she might blow over lol jk

  • old chevy ? its a 99 or newer lol and way too big no real fun use except

    curb apeal for the chicks..

  • ya im jealous

  • hard to flex with springs that tall. would be awesome with coils.

  • Good lookin truck but either needs less lift or a set of 2.5 tons with 56 rice and canes, but this costs way less and can be legal in some states. Must be fun trying to rock crawl in sumthin that big and tall man put her into some mud.

  • wow those 44s look ike 33s with that lift

  • Those look to be 44s. Ive got 35s on a four inch lift 86 chevy and it looks like he's got about eight or nine more inches of clearance under the rear diff

  • wat r those? 35's 37's max? all that lift and its no better then mine cause hes got no more clearence from the ground then me and i have a 3 inch lift!

  • Actually - I don't really like this truck myself - its too big and doesn't flex. I was just recording it because it was interesting.

  • Dana 60 Axles ? Dana 80 :))? Nice Car Men !

  • please tell me you at least have a 496 in it lol

  • needs more lift

  • I think it needs some bigger tires.

  • bigger tires and a motor

  • too bad you would bottem out on anything over 1 foot high -.-

  • how much your front driveshaft?

  • Don't know - ain't my truck.

  • $600

  • Take that chevy over a jeep any day. get it?

  • that isn't street legal is it

  • Sure is - got plates and cats on it. What else do you need?

  • Most states have a bumper height or headlight height restriction. Here in illinois the max bumepr height is 30". Some states have no restrictions though.

  • I believe this truck is towed most places it goes.

  • its a commercial truck and in ohio there arent any laws for those.

  • This truck was formerly a commercial pickup owned by a tree service.

  • no still is a commercial truck.

  • I meant to say that - You are right - that is how its done in Ohio

  • yup well minus mud flaps.lol

  • I am pretty sure those are not 44" tires..... even with a full long arm kit on a jeep and 37" tires, 44" tires would be higher then the bumper... 1:19 case in point... I would believe 38's though.... Still a sick ass truck!

  • those are 44's !!

  • Parts breaker.....Chevy, like a rock.....Makes a good boat anchor....:P

  • nice......

  • WOW! and we think putting a 3" lift on a land rover is radical!!

  • We consider a 3" lift "still stock"

  • im in dayton got to check this place out
