I was wondering if you could do a tutorial incorporating a matte bluish color? I have the revolon eyeshadow in "venetian blue" from their matte collection but I don't know how to use it. I think a dupe would be mac's "clairity" eyeshadow.

I have a question--um for the part where you used the HIP eyeshadow ontop the black, thus changing it into a royal green colour--> can you just skip the HIP pigment and apply a green eyeshadow?
