@soltan11x wasnt part of the inital release, and probly wont be in arma3 but theres alot of mods u can put on the game, that add faction, soilders, weapons, maps, vehicals, aircraft and alot of other cool stuff, i dought that theres gonna be anything big to come out untill arma3 been realesed this year but arma2 will still have community support for years to come, and maybe the Geneva conventions will be a future mod that will come out,

@LOLCaatz You have to drop all your weapons first. Else you can't go into surrender mode. AIs will still open fire though.

It's under "Modules".In the editor,either click on it or press F7.Set the module,then click on it to change it,like you would a normal Unit or Waypoint.

You'd have to use the Synchronize thing in the Editor and drag it to them,but I'm still trying to figure some of the of the other modules,like Ambient Civilians though.

I tested the Surrender Module on troops and civilians,but not on animals and vehicles.(Civilians just refuse to talk to you)You can Sync it to any unit (in other words,any living thing you put in the Editor)

now that's an improvement ! in vanilla OFP 1.96 when you steal a tank in those nighttime saboteur missions the AI soldiers just stay prone and wait for you to run over them, they don't even run away to save their lives and they will only engage you if they have anti tank weapons

You can't really expect a game that big etc to be 100% perfect when its not even offically released. The german release is more used for a beta.
