fox labs is the best stuff. sometimes there numbers and stuff are not as high as a few others but the concentration and resin is so much better that the numbers dont matter.
regular "police pepper spray" you buy at the store is no where near as bad as these and fox labs. I spray a guy with the shitty stuff and he drove home. sprayed another guy with the good stuff and he was on the ground with his head in a bucket and a hose on his face for over a half hour, couldn see, open his eyes it was burning and messed up his breathing.

When I went through, they were running us into the ground and yelling at us the whole time. By the time I got sprayed and attacked by the red man, I did not have time to think about the pain. I don't remember feeling the pain until after the scenario was over. I think that's the whole point to this training, to teach you that you can fight through the pain by harnessing your adrenaline. Not by smiling at the instructor
I got sprayed and then had a course with 5 stations to go through. I definately took my breath away for a minute, but then you just focus and get through it. OC spray hurt like hell, but it's nothing you can't handle (which is the point they are trying to make when they spray cops, military personnel etc.) Of course now that I know how much it sucks I'm not sure why they want to do it again...other than they are sadists.

@whodeyleisure It doesn't collapse people's lungs but you're partially correct. What it does is cause a reaction in the lungs, the eyes, the pores of the skin. It causes mucus to be produced and it induces panic in many people. Thus, people feel as though they are choking, they can't breathe etc. In reality, unless someone is the anamole and alergic to peppers, they will be just fine after they deal with the excrutiating pain. Oleoresin Capsicum or OC spray is pepper spray, mase is different.
I sprayed a dog once, it wanted to bite me so I gave him some pepper spray (sabre) and it didn't do much on the dog, I still had to kick it and fight it... guess dogs have more tolerance or the spray is formulated too specifically for humans...
Do you have to get OC Sprayed at the police academy if you have asthma? (mild of course because you wouldn't be allowed to enlist if you are a sever asthmatic).

I allways thought that pepper spray victims whinning and pissing were just weak, until i got sprayed through my security training today. The pain can only be compared to having a flame thrower shot it your face and burning for about 20 to 30 minutes.

I mean, I still did what I was supposed to do, I don't want to be the guy that can't handle it. I'll tell you this though, I wont be fighting off an attacker for 45 seconds. I can see just well enough to shoot straight if the perp wants to take it that far.

I've been sprayed in a class like this with stuff more potent than what police are allowed to use. TRUST ME THIS $#!+ SUX ... To put it in perspective My buddy who has actually been shot says he would rather be shot again than get sprayed by the concentration we got hit with. and from my own experience tear (cs) gas HAS NOTHING ON A SABER RED shot directly to the face.

regular "police pepper spray" you buy at the store is no where near as bad as these and fox labs. I spray a guy with the shitty stuff and he drove home. sprayed another guy with the good stuff and he was on the ground with his head in a bucket and a hose on his face for over a half hour, couldn see, open his eyes it was burning and messed up his breathing.

OC and Pepper Spray are the same thing they have the same active ingredient which is cayenne pepper. Got sprayed last night at a training and it is a terrible feeling but that kid needs to man up if he is or is going to be in law enforcement.

Oc is stronger than pepper spray andmace. Oc also comes in different forms a spray a fog a spray gel like stuff and a foam. All of them suck. I was sprayed a few weeks ago you can fight through the pain but you can't see except in blinks. Idc who you are you can't just fight the pain and do whatever it completly incapacitate you. Only thing you can do is defend against an attack tge best you can.

When I went through, they were running us into the ground and yelling at us the whole time. By the time I got sprayed and attacked by the red man, I did not have time to think about the pain. I don't remember feeling the pain until after the scenario was over. I think that's the whole point to this training, to teach you that you can fight through the pain by harnessing your adrenaline. Not by smiling at the instructor

I got sprayed and then had a course with 5 stations to go through. I definately took my breath away for a minute, but then you just focus and get through it. OC spray hurt like hell, but it's nothing you can't handle (which is the point they are trying to make when they spray cops, military personnel etc.) Of course now that I know how much it sucks I'm not sure why they want to do it again...other than they are sadists.

Until someone gets sprayed they just don't know what its like. 1st time I got it it took my breathe away. I'd rather get beat with a baton then sprayed anyday of the week. And oc IS the same as pepper spray. Mace is different. As far as this video, this guy is whimp. I was no superman after getting hit with it but still had to fight off a bunch of guys and retain the handgun. I watched my training partner about 250 all muscle go to his knees and whine like a little bitch. Shit hurts.

@whodeyleisure It doesn't collapse people's lungs but you're partially correct. What it does is cause a reaction in the lungs, the eyes, the pores of the skin. It causes mucus to be produced and it induces panic in many people. Thus, people feel as though they are choking, they can't breathe etc. In reality, unless someone is the anamole and alergic to peppers, they will be just fine after they deal with the excrutiating pain. Oleoresin Capsicum or OC spray is pepper spray, mase is different.

I sprayed a dog once, it wanted to bite me so I gave him some pepper spray (sabre) and it didn't do much on the dog, I still had to kick it and fight it... guess dogs have more tolerance or the spray is formulated too specifically for humans...

@jeeaaman all depends on who sprayed you. law enforcement generally uses 10% oc level. which is the legal maximum in most states. i was sprayed by a cop once when i was 17 and ill admit it fucking sucked. pay no attention to the people who say its not that bad. the simple fact of them saying that prooves they've never been sprayed by law enforcement or the military.they were probably sprayed by the 2% shit that you can buy at the mall or from late night infomercials

ah ive been hit with sabre red 10% excpecting it and in the right mindset and it was like a bad sunburn with very bad irritation in the eyeballs kind of like being poked in the eyes on a bigger scale, it hurts pretty bad but its not as bad as some think, if youre in the right mindset you can easily over come it, get hit with it by surprise and it hurts much worse, oc spray is the closest thing to a can of whoop ass ive ever experienced
