This never should have happened. To blame this on a "Fluke" is absolutely wrong. This a case of poor management of the festival. The head rigger should never have let the roof stay up in that weather. Roughly 2 hours prior to the collapse the sheriffs department was making announcements about the weather and where to seek evacuation. Proving that they had a warning of bad weather. My company does these roof structures all the time and we have meteorologist and head riggers that have the last say

Someone SHOULD investigate the roadies and stagehands who assembled the stage. Then again, the witness said that there was a funnel cloud (tornado) in the area. If a tornado took that stage down, it's an "act of god", that no human could possibly be held accountable for. RIP to the victims, and my condolences to everyone affected by this tragedy.
