most french singers are really english hence their names, hardy, goldman, halliday eddie mitchell. and that's the few I know!Bizarre qu'il y ait tant de chanteurs francophone qui aient un nom anglais, comme ceux au-dessus. c'est juste le peu que j connais parmi bien d'autres sans doute!

@barnbersonol That's BS, they are not English at all, all French except Johnny Halliday who was born Belgian but became French citizen as he lived all his life in France....They just got English names since they emerged from the 60s when RockandRoll was the trend....

My favorite song in the world. I have literally left this song on repeat all day and did not get sick of it. It is so beautiful, delicate and lovely. Music is just not made like this anymore. I love both of their voices and together Francoise Hardy and Jacques Dutronc really compliment each other well.

She is still his wife. They are married and parents of Thomas Dutronc, their only son. They don't live together but they are true friends. She often lives alone in Paris. He often lives in Corse, in her house, with around 30 or more cats (he is very found of cats). He has a lady in his life. But the link between him and Françoise is special and strong and forever...
