Well first off, they did, Launching a rocket (Quassam in their case) is a declaration of war. Second of all Israel is always under the threat of destruction, Arab nations are always threatening it, including Lebanon. Their goal is to wipe Israel off the map. So when Israel was attacked they felt they had to act, because they are always under the threat of destruction. Now Hezbollah has said that if they had known the casualties they would not have started the war.

I watched Maccabi play in 2006 in Toronto vs the Raptors and i was very impressed. There must have been 17000 jews in the arena, i felt like the only raptors fan there. That game showed me how good the quality of euroball is. Maccabi won with a buzzer beater by Anthony Parker. Good thing we signed him. Goodluck at the final 4. we also stole Bastion but he just sits on the bench. Cant wait till the Raptors play them again.
