I doubt that it's that easy. Giving russian passports to another folk would bring many troubles for Russia in the UN, nobody would tolerate that, not even China. What they should do is impose sanctions for Saakashvili and force this charlatan to resign from office, yet even his elections were a dirty business.

Well unfortunately, as long as the Sakashvili Dictatorship remains in Georgia, every kind of scenario is possible, from brutal dispersion of peaceful rallies to invasion of other sovereign countries.
