Theres just something about bernadette and this song, I love even more than "Losing my mind". I feel like this is just the perfect song for her and I'm just upset with the facade her character puts on and that high note <3

I saw her perform in this show at the Kennedy Center. Watching her on YouTube is one thing, but seeing her live is unlike anything you'll ever experience.
We travelled to DC to see her in May. She was brilliant every moment. I was even lucky enough to have a brief chat with her. We're off to NYC in September as seeing this production once just isn't enough. Thanks for posting the videos.

nice job...my question is everyone knows she is in her 60s. she as great skin thanks to a notorious almost allergy to the sun..It is how kathy lee got the cruise line commercials...bernadette was supposed to but couldn;t be in the sun that much... ANyway..... what is up with the cats eye plastic surgery without her usual side weave to hide them it is very apparent and odd...just sayin...what is wrong with aging...elaine stritch still has a career LOL
So haunting. She really conveys Sally's desperation to appear content, while at the same time, her fragility and disappointment is very apparent. Peters makes the ballad incredibly subtle but very affecting.
Wow. Bernadette might not have the most purely beautiful voice to ever sing this song, but this might be the most emotionally provocative rendition I've ever heard. I'm in tears. I can guarantee that I'll be a mess after I see the production on 8/31.
She has to win a Tony. Oh please God.

What is so special about Bernadette as a performer, is that you believe every word she says and sings. Her performances are breathtaking.
