If you're a coward and don't even try to block the shot then you don't have to worry about it do you? One thing about Zo, is played hard EVERY night!!!!!!!! .Zo and Shaq had a great rivalry when they first came in and I remember watching that game when Shawq did that to Zo. Great video. Warms my heart. While a Piston, GHill was taking liberties with the Heat D, so Zo took liberties, as usual, with his elbows. Finally, Hill turns, grabs Zo around the waist and throws him to the floor, no call. On the inbound, Hill iso's on the wing, makes Thunder Dan disappear with one step and hits the lane. Zo rotated in time and went up with GH, got four fingers on the ball, but Hill threw down Zo a second time in 30 seconds. Just beautiful. And yes, I always hated Zo.

Besides the fact that everyone gets posterized in the NBA, Most of these dunks were done on him in his later days... I can almost gurantee that half of them would've been stopped by Zo in his prime. And if you notice something else, there was strong contact on all these dunk attempts, which means one thing. "If you wanna dunk, you've got to earn it!" They are all great dunks and all the better that they were against a great courageous center. I suppose that is what it takes to be a great shot blocker - getting up there and trying. Mournings presence in the paint would also stop a lot of people trying to go inside forcing lower probability shots - most people dont' truly realise the full benefits of a player like this on your team!
