How do you get Sonic boom's and Super/U1 to come out so fast?

@Shoureppa, when in fireball wars, I throw sonic booms in a different way to gain as much charge time as possible, it is a G-Charge (lol) do it like this charge back;forward;back+p, sonic boom will come out and you are already charging for the next one.
