Sure. As u can see nothing important has been changed. He only put a fan with LED and cut off that plastic cooler protection(which was very stupid coz of the warranty). Anyway there isn't any improvement in performance, nor the improvement in cooling, so i think that this was unnecessary.
he changed the fan, which probably was better. removed the guard that could potentially restrict air flow. and now it lights up. id say its a good mod
you're talking about the Graphic Card or the MOBO...??? The graphic card is a MSI 9600GT and yes is quite thick like an 1.5" inche the mobo is an ASUS...
I already have the 9600 GT but I need to know which motherboard it would fit. ASUS which model?? it wouldnt fit on my old motherboard cuz it is blocked by heatsink on motherboard. would appreciate if you could tell me which motherboard u have, or which motherboards u know for sure would fit this :)
the one is mounted is a P5NSLI but it also fit on my ABIT 9 Pro and BIOSTAR MV7050 and this one is a mATX; it should fit in any Mobo with PCI-e port... I think... :D

nice mod, only think i would have done is used a blue fan to match the rest of the case fans

I think of that but then the light will look like purple with the red VGA housing.

you mustive done it for overclocking because that fan looks more powerful only reason i could think of otherwise that was stupid

Brand System are always tight I recommend you to build your own systems from now on!!!
Custom Built System they last longer than Brand System... :D
