She doesn't look professional. Low cut shirt and slouched over? Not very presenting. You don't use massage in Reflexology. It's pressing on the pressure points and holding it. I am an Esthetician and I've never heard of "kneading" during a reflexology treatment.

Nerves do not run from the foot to other organs. They run from the foot to the spinal chord.

@nelsdawg they don't run from the foot to the spinal chord. they start from the spinal chord and end at the feet. on their way there they do connect with the organs. if the nerves didn't go to the organs, the organs wouldn't function. nerves carry the electrical charges enable the brain to tell your body what to do. working on those reflex points, or nerve endings, stimulates the organs that those points relate to.

hi, thanks for these videos. i truly believe in foot reflexology. when i was a kid and the hong kong flu was going around my mom gave us kids foot reflexology and we got over the flu 2 weeks before the other kids. and throuigh out my life it has helped out. thanks for these videos. they are awesome!
