I'm glad somebody has posted these songs. I would have myself if you hadn't, Anith, so thank you for allowing the YouTube community access to such a wonderful album!
I dont know what book this is for but I love yasunori mitsuda's music very much. it's so pretty. But I just heard that this woman singing died and that is so sad!! does she sing in all of his songs?
@Meringue I get what you're trying to say, but it would only be a total waste if she hadn't used that gorgeous voice to put out such beautiful material while she was alive. I'd probably rephrase it more along the lines of "What a huge loss" or something like that.
Dat bass!

The one dislike must be from Hitler's Ghost; only he'd be that much of a soulless jerk.

one of my favorite albums.

I just got the 3 cds for the Chrono Cross soundtrack. Amazing. But from all accounts, Kirite is Mitsuda's magnum opus, yet I can't find it anywhere.
Anyway, this song is beautiful.

@wotjesus I think I got my copy through ebay, though I've seen it on Amazon, too. Hopefully you've found it and gotten it by now, though. :)

She sings in a lot of his songs composed after 2000. I know she's sung for him for his Xenosaga, Soma Bringer and Hopeful Weeds soundtracks.
She really was one of the common voices of his melodies, it's sad that she's gone.

@Anith Eri Kawai, right?

She died? That's horrible. Looks like it was to liver cancer. Only 43 years old, and such a gorgeous voice. What a total waste =/

It's a pity the singer, Eri Kawai, passed away in August.
Mitsuda will never be the same with out her
