Why did this guy post a video of him training his traps, and headline it for shoulders? I agree with Wex5, don't listen to this guy. He looks like a beginner also, looks like hes only using about 50 pound bells.

if i did 6 sets of these every night with 12 reps in each set then i have a protein shake 10min after my workout... how long will it take for me to get bigger shoulders??? plz help!
first of all u need forget about the machines and start using free weights, as machines just cuts you out. and if you want to gain mass u need to do heavy weights but low reps. e.g 3 sets of 6-8 reps. hope it helps

2 be honest u might just gain a little as the body muscles do need to recover. dont work a body muscle more than 1 or 2 times a week.

yeah cos iv been doing sum shoulder and chest exercies at the gym with the machines but im not really getn bigger im only getn stronger lol
so should i do about 20 sets of these with 10 reps in this a week, split it into two days
