@cellodiva1 I am a new cellist, but a accomplished violin/violist and not as young as I would wish, not as tall, I have been having tingling in my right arm and have tried to adjust my cello so that I could have a less stressful bowing arm on the 'A'. Thanks you, David, for this video (and all of them), I have a better understanding of how to achieve my goal. P.S.- I also invested in a Spirocore 'C' and 'G' string, they haven't arrived as yet.

Very interesting. I never consider the angle having an effect on A string playing. I'll try experimenting with it.
