We were there. My wife puts this among the top three concerts we have ever seen - Paul Simon, Leonard Cohen and Neil - in no particular order. Pretty great company.

I love the reference to Winnipeg, as he had his formative years here. A while back when Bob Dylan was in town, he checked out the place Neil used to live. Pretty good endoresment!

One of the top two shows we have EVER seen. (The other was Paul Simon on his "Born at the Right Time" - aka Graceland, tour).

Amazing show is an understatement. He ripped the place apart, especially at the end....he probably only had 2 strings left on his guitar, but, Neil Young with a 2-string guitar is better than 95% of them with 6 strings. I'll never forget this concert.

How did you manage to film without the security guys coming up to you and telling you to stop?? That's exactly what they did to me each time I tried.

Well not having a blinking light on the front helps. I did get busted after a while tho, I got kinda cocky. Security had asked my if I was taking video, I said no, just a shitload of pictures. (ya, 30 pictures a second I thought to myself) hehe

Such and epic and satisfying show. I too was quite far but still decent seats. A true Canadian icon! Rock and roll will NEVER die.
