I looove Carrie and the high note was brilliant, but most of the singing on this song was disappointing. There wasn't much emotion although her voice is lovely.

We were asked to be in her parade so we did it.When we reached the end of the parade we stood around to wait to get a glimpse of her & she was riding in the carriage with her gpa & had hopped down to make her way to the Pocket Park stage. But I felt really bad for her because she had seen someone she knew & was sooooo happy & was going to hug the person only to be yanked by some dude & told to get on stage. She looked like "what!?!?!".

i know u are all so very proud of carrie. the very first time she was on idol i told my daughter you better remember that name. we have now seen her 4 times in concert. she just keeps getting better and better. the last time we saw her was 4 nights before her VERY BIG night at the CMA'S. we were very thrilled that she won. we cant wait for her new cd and the next time she is close by to go and see her mesmerizing performance. Wow :'(.. this brings back memories. I played french horn in the parade, I watched her sing, and I got closeup pictures of her singing (probably the CLEAREST ones online, just not biggest quality). I almost cried when she hit the high note.. I was in the back but I saw her through my old camera's digital zoom. Thanks paularayanne for posting this.. it REALLY brought back the wonderful memories.
