Hi my lizard doesnt stop moving around in its inclosure, It has water food a basking spot fake plants and a hiding place and she just wont stop moving around she also has a cool side and a hot side of a tank 1 ranging around 35 degrees celcius and the othe side 23 degrees, have any clue ?

ive heard that feeding any reptiles live insects or rodents is dangerous because the "food" can bite them. is it better to chop off the heads of worms and crickets and stuff or are there nutrients in them?

its mostly snakes and when lizards eats mouses because they got teeaths but these worms cant bite through their scales unless it takes alot of time and they die when they get chewed so nothing will happen there and crickets cant do any harm at all on them either crickets tries to bite my berberskink when hes sleeping he never wakes up and they leave to be eaten the next day i love nature! :)

@UndeadKobra tahts dum if that was true then they wouldnt be living in the wild. and they would die. you just have to make shure they eat it adn it dosnt keep living in the cage when the sknk is sleeping.

i thinks its like snakes you have to buy something to "anti-mites " spray that on him, give him a bath do that til they are gone something.. google it "anti-mites for reptiles " or ask your pet store

buy some anti mite spray, give it a bath, and clean its tank before putting it back in, replace whatever you can afford especially if theres anything wood

You need to go pick up some mite killing medicine. You can go get that from your vet, or a good pet shop.
