  • I'm 5'7'' and I weigh around 130, i have some muscle not a ton but I look pretty much like you. i think you look fine you don't have to worry about fat, just worry about toning muscle

  • i have some ideas for you! drink lots of water it helps u from being hungry. eat a lot of fruits and vegies. i also saw if u only eat toast for breakfast and nothing else it helps a lot!

  • muscle can't turn into fat and fat can't turn into muscle, it's chemically impossible. But what can happen when you become inactive is your muscles can break down and your body won't burn calories as fast, plus when you're more inactive the food your body stores does turn into fat. But I don't think you look fatter...

  • maybe u havent gained any weight because u have been eating and exercising healthier in the past... so ur metabolism and heart rate is up.. so ur body burns calories more efficeintly... so its okay to fall down and splurge on holidays but just get back on.. becuz ur body will stay healthy and help u burn those calories better..
