But what can happen when you become inactive is your muscles can break down and your body won't burn calories as fast, plus when you're more inactive the food your body stores does turn into fat. But I don't think you look fatter...

maybe u havent gained any weight because u have been eating and exercising healthier in the past... so ur metabolism and heart rate is up.. so ur body burns calories more efficeintly... so its okay to fall down and splurge on holidays but just get back on.. becuz ur body will stay healthy and help u burn those calories better..

water dieting is best. just give up on all soda's and sugary drinks and u will lose a little weight.

Badminton training 2 hrs
