Bolt was the youngest world junior champion at 15 not to mention he still has the world junior 200M record. He was running 10.03 in 2007 when he was 20. So if micheal jonson can go from 19.66 to 19.32 I dont see why a 22 year old bolt cant go from 19.63 to 19.30...He has been running fast time sin the 200 m sinc ehe was a teenager. Maybe if you know track, you would know that Jamaica was one of the most tested country in Beijings Olympics if not the most tested, prior to the start of the Olympics. USAIN BOLT and ASAFA POWELL alone were tested atleast 4 to 5 times each in Beijing and that was just test carried out before the Olympics start.

You think you know track and field but you do not. Maybe you would know that IAAF representatives, perform tests on Jamaican athletes, mostly because JA didn't have a governing body. You would know that is an IAAF rule if you know about track and field. That is why Jamaica is rank with Russia, Kenya and USA as top 5 tested.

One might wonder why with the demise of Balco, USA stopped winning sprinting events.
By your own words, US athletes get tested by the USADA, and yet people like Marion Jones, Tim Montgomery and others went undetected and kept competing. If I were you, I'd stop using USADA testing as some kind of discussion point, because obviously, those safeguards didn't work on your US athletes. Trying to use USADA testing to say your athletes are better tested is utterly ridiculous in the wake of Balco.

The only one talking about it is Carl Lewis & since USATF and USADA covered up his positive test results and allowed him to compete in the Olympics, he shouldn't be pointing fingers at anyone. Americans should be very careful about accusing others with the number of drug cheats it produces. I hear what u are saying. The Jamaican athletics authority do not have an out of competition testing procedure. However both Usain and Asafa are two of the most tested athletes in the world.
Back to the running, Usain took a little while to get going, but the problem for everyone is the speed he is able to maintain in the last 30m or so. Amazing!
