  • Who declared this an unlawful assembly? The constitution covers the rights of Americans to protest peacefully. Oh, I guess it doesn't count when criminals from around the world are here meeting with Obama.

  • That group pushing the burning dumpster were obviously those under cover cops used to incite police "retaliation" toward peaceful assemblers. Theres a good handful of videos where people call them out trying to start a physical altercation. Pay attention to those around you if you're at a peaceful protest. Undercovers are used all the time to start riots.

  • @TarlBoBarl that is a common tactic, used in iraq also.

  • Now protesters are called terrorists, anarchists etc so the illegal actions of the government are justified...Don't be manipulated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Angeldeejay00

Got your tin foil hat on?

  • @Diphrael willful blindness. ignorance!

  • how convenient ,the black block just so happens to show up and roll a dumpster right where and when the cnn reporter is there, total provocateuring

  • your orders do not undermine the constitution you pig scum. what happened to our rights? OWS.

  • This is fucking reprehensible! Screw America and may the rulers of this country die of cancer PAINFULLY! I hope their wives and children die painfully as well!

  • The BREAKING NEWS headline read Reporter Tear Gassed...

Got ego? Is it just me or is the Situation Room starting to resemble Jersey Shore? Someone punch this bastard, Snooki-fy him!

  • swift you idiot you think your ass is safe you not even military 6 marines are going to throw your dum ass in a FEMA camp, lol can we say Thank God

  • Thank god for tear gas and LRAD To shut these dip shits up.

  • for anyone thats confused 0:35 explains why they had to leave that area and why it was unlawful.

  • 0:50 oh nice i use the same gasmask as that dude in the back ground

  • wait a second, whats happening in the video, the police are doing stuff in violation of the US constitution. They also can't use the military against civilans in this country. People have a right to peacefully protest. And those arrested are stripped of their constitutional rights for if they were to get in trouble with the law. It was like a dictatorship out there.

  • @Spaceshotx7 Where was the part where they were peacefully protesting?

  • @Chiken1012 not sure

  • @mmx13 Great (paraphrased) quote....but this was said many generations before paul and ventura. Perhaps by a founding father?

  • The "criminal police" as you guys call it gave the anarchists more publicity than they would ever get without them... and an unlawful assembly is an assembly with high probability of physical violence, therefore may be broken up and should be...

  • These"criminal police" stopped a riot. There is nothing wrong with what they did. This riot would have injured innocent by standers.... It was completely lawful

  • Wow my church is on that street. At least the priests had some entertainment for the afternoon lol.

  • Any one that supports the criminal police is completely fah king retarded! If people are protesting that means there is a big problem.. Is that against the law? To bring it to the attention of others in their distracted misinformed lives? If people are arrested for protesting what they see as wrong in the first place, you might get your wish and have them take direct action.. Blood in the streets over being victimized by the criminal police.

  • @ProBonoz "Criminal Police" ??? Really? They have a duty to uphold the laws they are given. If you want to go off on a rant, then at least do it right. Degrade the actual lawmakers....you know, the people that sit on capital hill?

  • @00seanzy Correct me if I'm wrong... but don't the pigs swear to the constitution? Its their job to uphold the constitution .. And if you take a good look at whats gong on brothers and sisters. They are not upholding the constitution or the people. You might see them uphold corporations and special interest groups. Its not fucking charity work their doing. What did you get to sit on one of their knees one time as they let you touch their gun.. Nazi's were role models to kids too. just the same

  • @00seanzy who do you think paid for these weapons they use against us and over seas ? DO you think they are not going to use them on you? Im sure they wont if your a cowardly submissive lil bitch and do what ever they say. But one day you might decide you don't like taking it up the ass no more and by then it will probably be to late.. please excuse the directness..lol

  • @ProBonoz There's a difference in letting someone take over your life, and letting someone enforce the rules so that you can freely live your life without fear of others. Don't tell me for a second that you would side with unlawful rioters.......when they are just that, unlawful. You'll lose all credibility if you do so. Now there is absolutely nothing wrong with demonstrators/protestors as long as they do it lawfully.

  • Comment removed

  • @ProBonoz I appreciate your professional response. I have to disagree with you though. There is much depth to these matters. I don't know the particulars involved in the situation and don't pretend to be all knowing. I do my best to understand with my experience in gov, police ,legal system bs and corporations, etc. There's no telling what people may riot over. I assume you have not realized how much you have been fuk'd to be speaking of unlawful rioters instead of the unlawful nazi police.

  • I FKIN HATE WHAT THIS PATHETIC COUNTRY HAS TURNED INTO... FOLLOW THESE FKIN PEOPLE HOME FROM WORK WHEN SHIFT TIME ENDS, AND TREAT THEM THE WAY THEY TREATED YOU... EVERYONE LIVES SOME PLACE AND EVERYONE HAS FAMILY.. EVERYONE HAS A SSN AND EVERYONE HAS AN IDENTITY... FIGHT BACK PEOPLE.. FIGHT FOR YOUR FREEDOM FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS FIGHT FOR YOUR FATHER IN HEAVEN..

  • serious what kind of police state is this when they can do this.... fuck me youd think this was a fucking bad movie. new wold order...

  • Unfortunately, this is getting more commonplace everywhere. Rumor has it, that the Chilean Government is planning to buy a couple of this to be used against students rioting on the streets

  • "Also you can reflect the sound back using a sheild, something like a round bbq grill top would work good! and ear plugs! Bring your GEAR!"

that isnt the point of the LRAD sound weapon.

The point is to give a warning before the fire teargas.

that way people can't say they weren't warned.

  • @badpanda84 actually its meant to disable people, it generates enough force to destroy human hearing and choke the air from your chest, you have to cover your ears so you cant hold a weapon and it far surpasses the threshold for pain. if they wanted to warn you, they'd use a bull horn, not an acoustic weapon with 40 million dollars of research put into it. what you heard on this video was its LOWEST setting.

  • @djanechoic23 It could be used to disable people -- sure -- but police already have weapons for that--- ( like teargas etc)

Also a bullhorn while it is loud -- is probably not loud enough to ensure everyone heard it -- espically given the noise from the protestors.

  • Why this even started is unclear to me.

  • If you sample the osscilating sound from the cannon. Then play it back thru a loudspeaker you can knok the sound out. (What is called cancelation or sonic collision). Also you can reflect the sound back using a sheild, something like a round bbq grill top would work good! and ear plugs! Bring your GEAR! The people should not be afraid of their government, The government should be afraid of its people! Raise the fist !!!

  • Riot Police look badass!

  • just use live ammo and get rid of the fuckers

  • !!TO NO END!!

rise up! and take action! revolution! !!lift your vale and open your eyes america!! Dont forget who we are!!!!!!

Patriots will answer the call!!! (Texas) There not ancharist there fucking americans who remiber there identity!!!!!!

  • well if prefer LRAD then rubber bullet or normal bullet :)

  • That dumpster was waaay out of order.

  • fucking Nazi bitches!!! This is the raise of the 4th Reich!!!

  • *cough* project bluebeam *cough*

  • Is this what book store workers do in their spare time?

  • join the Resistance, now it's worldwide and soon we will be fighting the biggest battle for our freedom, the truly one...

  • I'm embarrassed this happened in my city of Pittsburgh. We're better than that.

  • thats y i am stocking up on guns an ammo now

  • If When Martial Law Finally Occures In Charlotte North Carolina I Wont Be Going To School Cause Im For The Resistince MoveMent

  • i envy those cops. Oh god what i wouldn't do to beat the shit out of one of those rich bitch useles white hippies!

  • @Ameer18 I agree

  • idiot protestors

  • I hate Anarchists, they always stick their noses in other peoples buisness just to get their message heard. I don't get why they have to try, and ruin everything for everyone else. They are never going to win why do they try nobody wants to live in a non-Governed country anyone whos does is smart enough to move away. I think alot of Anarchists just want to break stuff though I do not think to many actually care about the actual message.

  • Sounds like Half Life 2

  • Creepy stuff. Hope you guys find your balls and take control of your country.

  • There is no such thing as an unlawful assembly, this is meant to be a free country!

  • @DyerMedia No offense, but that's not correct. Freedom is not the right to do whatever one wants. People are not be free to kill each other, for example. They CAN do it, but they must suffer the consequences. These protestors were not killing people or anything, but if they truly were gathering outside the confines of those laws that protect their rights, they should be stopped. If they choose to persist, then they should suffer the consequences. If people hate the law, then change it.

  • @theyvegonetoplaid they're trying to change it. Force is the only way.

  • @DyerMedia Watch news from England and stfu

  • @DyerMedia It's unlawful when goons put on masks and black clothing and proceed to beat the shit out of their own city. The police are there to ensure that doesn't happen, which usually means having to keep a tight grip on all assembly's whether YOU think they are lawful or not.

  • @fear614 fuck that fuck the government !

  • @bmcanerney7414 Ever wonder how it's only the halfwits who say fuck the government/fuck the police? It's never someone with a brain or a half decent IQ. It's the people who haven't really accomplished anything and are otherwise oblivious to life around them. I wonder why that is!

  • @fear614 You ever wonder why it's the halfwits that claim everyone else is a halfwit?

  • @DubonEngeven You're fucking hilarious. I can see you put a lot of time and effort into that amazing retort. I like it mainly because it contributes a LOT to the debate. Real nice. Real nice man.

  • @fear614 Fear i apologize if I have offended you. I was replying to ""Ever wonder how it's only the halfwits who say fuck the government/fuck the police?"" I simply stated the opposite using no facts to prove my point as you did the exact thing I just did.. And you came and made my point by pointing out it adds nothing to the debate.

I appreciate you making my point easy to make I really do.

  • @DyerMedia it's a fucking unlawful assembly if you don't let them fucking now, and then trash the city

  • @DyerMedia Everybody abuses that sentence.

  • @DyerMedia

I agree there is no such thing.

As for the LRAD bring a satellite dish and reflect it back at them or just bring some shooting ear muffs or sound cancellation head phones. BTW it may be possible to make you own LRAD using off the shelf ultrasonic transducers in an array.

  • @DyerMedia until people start getting out of hand. when people throw stuff at police they have every right to enforce the law to the fullest extent. this may be a free country but it is not anarchy. the police need to keep semblance of order and keep people in line

  • @DyerMedia Sorry, check the state's criminal law code and you'll find yourself corrected. Thanks, come again.

(Also, if your dumb enough to not even notice the "state's power" reference there since we need more of that and less of federal power then I feel really sorry for you)

  • @DyerMedia when you fucking start hitting police then thats unlawful dumbshit

  • @DyerMedia This is probably the dumbest thing I've seen in a while.

1st Amendment: "Congress shall make no law ...abridging...the right of the people peaceably to assemble"

Note the word PEACEABLY. So when people start getting violent, loud, or disruptive, then that is an unlawful assembly.

  • @CircusofPython so you must sit quiet and submissive? sounds like OBEY WITHOUT QUESTION

  • @Bastardfizzle Where are you getting either from what I said? And calm down with the extreme rhetoric, saying things like "sounds like obey without question". It only works on semi-intelligent overly-emotional people, of which I am not one of them.

The "[right to] peaceably assemble" and "to petition the government for a redress of grievances" are both terms used in the 1st Amendment of the Constitution. You can protest and try to bring about change, but disturbing the peace does nothing

  • @DyerMedia When you are impeding other citizens from engaging in their normal lives it is unlawful to do so. You have no right to disrupt the lives of others my friend. While this is a free country, it's also a country of laws and those laws are designed to protect every citizen, not just the dickwads protesting whatever issue-to-label-governments-fault they have that day.

  • CNN = certified news nazis.

  • Dear pittsburg police: if you try this shit after SHTF get ready to be fired upon. By order of WE THE PEOPLE.

  • @LeonRFpoa

and this is why they are going around and removing everones guns. Because some people actualy have bigger guns then the soldiers.

  • @mzh3000 exactly bro, if you got yours give it to em- BULLETS FIRST!

  • @mzh3000 not lol not true at all

  • @Waffenssman They have been going around removing guns though.

    Has happened.

  • @mzh3000 well this is pittsburg if u think about it i would get rid of guns in major cities to cuz there will be lots of crime if there r still guns but i carry and shoot im not sayin they should ban guns cuz i love guns im just sayin remove them from the big cities

  • @LeonRFpoa the police keep u safe witout them ude prolly be dead

  • @Waffenssman This coming from a guy called waffen ss man. yeah. I don't need any help I carry, thanks.

  • @LeonRFpoa i carry to smartass im not a liberal

  • @Waffenssman Good, and no- cops don;t protect me never have. I protect me.

  • @LeonRFpoa well its good u take stuff in ur own hands

  • @Waffenssman Please don't talk to me. Thanks.

  • they should have filled the dumpster with fuckn grenades

  • they are protesting for a reason.. if you all paid attention to everything going on right now and actually used reason and looked at the evidence rather than being like "oh how dare you say that our government isn't honest and good?!" then maybe you would realize that we are getting fucked by our own government right now. They want complete control over us despite what the constitution says about ANYthing. People need to open their minds for once in their lives for FUCK sake.

  • @fasstbastad666 dont worry they will wake up someday...when they are in locked down prison cities. when thier food is not fit to eat and thier water not fit to drink. when they make a 60 dollar a month wage. when they cant leave the country if they are poor or a criminal (the definition of criminal is getting pretty broad these days) and even then most of these sheep will still be in denial of all that is going on. it is up to brave men and women to fight. they can be ungrateful later.

  • @fasstbastad666 Protestors are all talk no productive action

  • @fasstbastad666

I don't care what they're protesting for. They unlawfully took over city streets on their way to the permitted protest. Can't do that.

  • @fasstbastad666 then personaly i think its time for another reveolution nto free our country from the corrupt poloticians and acctully give the ppl power

  • Epitome of people vs government

  • Its theatre people, the speaker nearly funny if it was in a different context

  • @chicago6584 The police have drastically changed within the last decade, they have no connection with the cities or towns they patrol due to professionalization of the police force. Only in extremely wealthy suburbs due the police play the same role they did 50 years ago. I believe the G20 conferences have been an excellent op for them to test various technologies and also various costumes. Part of what they do has to do with perception, and I wouldnt be surprised if they contracted work out to

  • that speaker system i scary as fuck. its lik something out of a depiction of the over controlled future

  • i wanna join the riot control!

  • Christ, it's like they're trying to recreate the sound effects from Half Life 2.

  • So surely some high quality foam ear inserts PLUS a pair of industrial ear protectors OVER them would be in order?

  • OOOOMG EFF DA POOOOLICE.

wow, really? Grow up. At least read what happened, because I don't really feel making a whole lot of you look like idiots.

  • There is a sophisticated new weapon that defeats LRAD. It is called earplugs.

  • i hope all of you know the men who wear black and attack police and that kind of stuff they are being paid by the government to do that

  • @Zaharkl lol right

  • throw one molotov and you will see who will run...

  • unlawful assembly my ass, fuck the gov

  • there should start using machine guns that fire rubber bullets to break up riots and unlawful gatherings.

  • @158057 Yeah! As well as lawful ones! Why are these scum permitted live! (note to self, refrain from sarcasm on internet. The natives don't understand.)

  • This is what free speech and a right to assembly looks like. It looks like oppessive, militaristic, censorship to me. I'm not an expert though, but I did not see any of the protesters making the first move or being non-peaceful.

  • CS gas is best to be aired out. If you use water it seeps into your pores and it makes it worse later. If you get tear gassed, just walk it off in some fresh air.

  • Good! It is about time the law cracked down on dissidents

  • @carmenlee87

    Those dissidents are peaceful protesters.

Despite what fox news says, they are not all anarchists.

  • @LithuanianLabas They launched a dumpster at the police barricade. I wouldn't call that peaceful protesting.

  • @carmenlee87 I sure your friends Adolf, Chairman Mao, Stalin, Pol Pot, and Kim Jong-Il just love you for posting that comment.

  • he took part in an unlawful assembly. of course he got tear gassed

  • NWO will run WILD WE MUST REPENT no but really Fuck NWO

  • the reporter totally deserved it

  • City 17 anyone?

  • @greedkiller its starting to turn into that city i used to live there

  • @greedkiller i really think folks at valve software have future telling abilities, including Gabe Newell.

  • Exact samething is happening in toronto right now!

  • Bend over, here it comes.

  • why is there rioting about the g20?

  • NWO!

  • poor rioters couldn't even hit the riot police with a dumpster at 1:50.

  • Demokratie??? Not in the usa!!

  • @mindzomby That is a perfect demonstration of democracy. They exceeded their right to protest/assemble, they are at an unlawful event. The executive - by law - has the duty to protect the majority/minority of non-protesters from protester who endanger their rights/freedoms (it's a little hard to understands - but democracy is by far the most complex form of government)

  • Continental Congress 09' Served our Nations leaders with America's SECOND Declaration Of Independance, The Articles of Freedom!

Delivered in ALLL 50 state capitals and DC on April 15 3:15 PM Look it up!!!

They are fighting for our freedom shouldn't we help????

  • Ron Paul 2012

  • I guess the problem I have with reactionary crap like this video and people like you all, is that I actually take very seriously that our freedoms are threatened, that our Constitution is violated, but you guys cry wolf over and over and over again at any little thing so no one takes any kind of american resistance movement seriously. You know what happens when you cry wolf too many times.

  • Also, its amazing people react to this with comments about martial law etc. when that same street was open again a few minutes after the protesters were cleared out. Pick your battles and don't freakout with the most ridiculous and extreme reactions at EVERYTHING. Want to react to something, react to civil forfeiture, the war on drugs, etc etc not a mob of loony toons getting dispersed from a community that DID NOT WANT them there to begin with.

  • that whore is getting paid to lie

  • Those CNN folks talk forever!

  • The people in America want and need change but don't know which way to go. They see things the way they are, and then look at these protests and see the alternative: disorganized mobs with no coherent message, reactionaries with no sense of the rights of others in whos neighborhoods they are GUESTS, and see that the present awful situation is better than the apparent Jacobin alternative. That is why I speak against: it isn't real and only turns people back to the security of their masters.

  • Want specifics? This particular protest was organized by the g20 resistance project, look on their website at events for sept24th 2009: everyone who just wanted to go about their business and did not agree with their views. It is clearly stated on their own site that they intentionally did not even seek a permit. The people of Lawrenceville (neighborhood where this took place) pretty much got screwed that day and were afraid to leave their homes.

  • I guess I am a fascist for actually wanting to be able to use the streets that my local taxes pay for in the city in which I live? Those protesters in the video are not the good people of Pittsburgh demonstrating against tyranny, they are a mob that descended on Pittsburgh from all of the world who tried to limit OUR freedom of movement, OUR right to free assembly and other freedoms. The police merely gave us our streets back and we were quite happy about that!

  • @TheUSNationalist Yes, and they were headed to their PERMITTED protest, only to be cut off by police....

  • @HorseofPaulRevere

No they weren't, look at the g20 resistance project website, it clearly states their goals, """The march is unpermitted and intended to allow people the space and freedom to oppose the G-20 how they see fit. The rest is up to you!""". You can't block streets with mass groups of people unless you have a permit issued by the elected representatives of the people who actually live on and pay for those streets.

  • @HorseofPaulRevere they went out of their protest zone so it became illegal, and lol at those small (l) libertarianist with that garbage can you guys are the definition of stupid. plato had a word for you...NATURAL SLAVES

  • @HorseofPaulRevere , no they weren't headed to any permitted protest, it says so RIGHT ON THE ORGANIZATIONS OWN WEBSITE.

  • @HorseofPaulRevere

Yea, headed to a permitted protest by unlawfully taking over the entire street. They all could have walked peacefully to the protest on the sidewalk. Simple as that.

  • @HorseofPaulRevere

    "permitted protest"

what the fuck's that supposed to mean?

you can only protest if they ALLOW you to?

    where's the freedom in that?

  • @HorseofPaulRevere should have been heading there via the sidewalk

  • @TheUSNationalist yes you are a facist because you work for the man instead of smoking pot living on welfare and reading marx....if i was that reporter i would have booked instead of going into the teargas. IM a member of the media IM special so i should be immune to teargas.

  • @ajgolfer1 but the man loves marxist potheads (and other simple-minded radicals), they are easy to control, you just have to give them something they can protest against so they feel like they are contributing something to the world. That way they always are AGAINST something and never FOR anything, that way they never create something to replace 'the man' himself.

  • @TheUSNationalist When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty. - Thomas Jefferson

  • @jmfigone209 How about when the people fear the mob of nutters that have descended on their streets from other towns? What is that? No thanks. I am against stupid thugs with badges brutally enforcing stupid laws, but I am even more against ten thousand little robespierre's that will gag, burn, or lynch anyone that doesn't agree with their personal definition of "liberty".

  • @TheUSNationalist if you rely on the police to give you your freedom, you will only have as much freedom as the police deems necessary. You don't deserve to live in a democracy.

  • @RightBrainProds No one gives me my freedom, I am born with it to make into what I desire, be that greater freedom or lesser freedom. The job of the police and government is to make sure that entities outside myself do not directly limit my freedom against my will. Entities such as unruly mobs dominating the streets. In this democracy, I (and you) depend on police to keep the unruly mobs from infringing on my freedom. Bad argument, Prods, fail, try again.

  • @TheUSNationalist "Department of Homeland Security" gives your beloved government the power to open your mail, tap your phones and, if they feel justified, put you in jail indefinitely without bringing official charges against you. Your unalienable rights won't mean diddly squat when your police comes to arrest you. “Those who desire to give up freedom in order to gain security will not have, nor do they deserve, either one.”. Benjamin Franklin said that.

  • @RightBrainProds wtf are you talking about "department of homeland security"? Your comment has nothing to do with the actual topic and show that you think police= bad. Some police actions are bad, some police actions are good. The agreement that the topic being discussed can exist in both "good" and "bad" states is the foundation of a sane discussion.

  • If you think police activity is bad by default regardless of any other factors, it is pointless to even talk to you because you are incapable of rational thought, much less rational discussion. Being incapable of rational thought, you are necessarily then also incapable of critical analysis. That means you do not think for yourself and are more likely than not simply parroting a point of view spoon fed you by someone else. Have a nice irrational and police-free day!

  • @TheUSNationalist Homeland security is what happens when you expect your government - instead of your own vigilence - protect your rights and freedom. That's how this started, that's what's being discussed here: the police as protectors of your rights.

    Wake up.

  • @TheUSNationalist cool story, facist.

  • DO NOT claim that "protestors" are being violent when they are juxtaposed with the MOST violent nation in the world. Dumpsters vs billion dollar "non-lethal" and billion Dollar LETHAL weapons. and who is violent?

  • the use of a dumpster by a bunch of people who's ultimate STATED goal is to equally distribute wealth amongst everyone in the world and to stop a small minority from controlling the majority of people in the world for monetary gains, IS NOTHING in comparison to the violence perpetrated by the US government on people in this country and the world over.

  • who the fuck is an anarchist? I can't say that i've met many, and since this is CNN...is crap. Fuck the NWO

  • I love how dystopiate this whole scene is, right down to the monotone robo-voice commanding folks under "crime-law". Fuck you, Robocop, this is America where people have a right to be heard.

  • Dumbass anarchists never bring gas masks...

  • Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/15/1791. Note Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. WTF HAPPENED TO THAT WHOLE IDEA??????????????

  • @TheOpenmynded see this is why information is dangerous and why people really need to think about what they are for or against: The local rinky-dink city council that issues protest permits and say you may protest "here" but not "there" IS NOT THE FKING CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES, STUPIDS. So nothing happened "to that whole idea".

  • 2012 is gonna be insane compared to this

  • Please watch my newest upload, which is on 2012

  • @edawglemon this is just practice to them..sharpening the blade

  • Okay, I am not sure about what is going on. I am more of a gamer than watching politics and news. So would a Republican be anit G20 or pro G20?
