The press would go mental if they could get their hands on footage of a vampire confessing how violent their race is. It's only natural they'd want to get the best close ups. And as for the camera cut, that's not the camera crew from the film, that's just the actual film makers of True Blood doing that.

I like the way they showed blood on one hand and not the other. It kind of alludes to the dual nature of vampires within the True Blood universe. On one hand, vampires are attempting to appear sympathetic, human, harmless and trustworthy, while on the other hand, they are brutal, sadistic, vicious killers. Effective use of imagery is cool.

@laurabsv Actually, I am not sure if they do have a military group of vampires...The ones you see walking around with armor and guns are not vampires, they are humans that work for vampires....Vampires wouldn't be wearing armor (even though a smart one would..at least something to stop wooden bullets or an attempted staking)...The humans have wooden bullets and regular bullets I imagine..as well as wooden bullets with a silver core, like the ones they used to kill Queen Sophie Anne-Leclerq
