Awesome looking knife. Interesting design. Good job. I was wondering what did you use to hold the brass and the wood parts together. Are the ring individual rings?
@trikepedaler Rings are individuals. There are 2 layers of brass per ring to form the desired thickness since I could not find piece of brass fat enough.
@RDPproject No, they are entirely different. Malee is from eucaluptus family, slightly oily and smelling great, and birch on the other side display nothing like this.

Everything is held tougether by JB Weld, epoxy.

They run about $35 per block.
