  • @brutallegendzero Why. There was seriously no point in doing that. DA FUCK MAN!

  • keep doing ur thing? thats fucked up hahahahhahaha fuckk faggs

  • crying :/

  • this is so cool of them

  • Nawh, <3

That is so kind of them.

  • I never understood that. Why is it that it's gay for a boy to want to be a cheerleader, but it's fine to be a football player? When you're playing football, during a huddle or a hike, you're either touching other guys butts or staring at the guy's butt! When you're a male cheerleader, you have a chance to look up the girl's skirts during the routines. How is that gay?

  • is it just me or is ashely about to cry

  • the two on the end were both on one tree hill. :)

  • Oh thank god they said a broken arm. OMG I was afraid they were gunna say killed himself. That would be horrible.

  • was something wrong with ashley tisdale?

  • so sweet of them..

  • GAH, i cry so easily </3

  • hey guys! just made a facebook page! it's kinda like an advice page! you can check it out if you ever feel like u need someone to talk to! love you guys!

    It's called We R 1

    love you guys!

  • this is amazing

  • Tyler Wilson is such an inspiration for all! Not just males to become cheerleaders but for everyone!

  • Why are there any dislikes on this video? This is amazing, really. It was so sweet that they did this for him, and everyone.

  • so being a cheerleader is gay? It's great that they did this but just cause he wanted to be a cheerleader doesn't make him gay. Nonetheless, this is an amazing video and I'm proud of the cast of the axed show Hellcats for doing this.

  • @JosephAdamDaniels No, being a cheerleader isn't gay, and doesn't make someone gay, but for many homophobes, doing something perceived as feminine, such as cheerleading, does make you gay in their eyes, or at least they feel that it somehow gives them the right to tease you about it. As an inner city High School Teacher I see this kind of crap all the time.

  • Omg I wanted to be a cheerleader to cuz they have male cheerleaders lol yes I'm bi but I'm not exactly bullied a lot at least not anymore

  • PEOPLE ! Why are dragging the sexuality into this?! The Kid Chose to a Cheerleader Thats Why he is gettin' Bullied not because he was gay, have you seen his interview?! and Even if he is gay so what?! why be so mean? he is also a person right?! and Forever ASHLEY <3 !

  • @breezyybrittany Omg you are such an asshole

  • @breezyybrittany go fall in a hole and make everyone happy :D

  • @breezyybrittany OMG you are so gay too.

    Piss off.

    Some people are Gay.

    GET OVER IT.

  • it doset matter if someone is gay,not it is a huge problem!!!!!i wonder why people are gay?????

  • @breezyybrittany people are gay because they are born that way, i wonder why people are straight? again..born that way, black, asian, middle eastern,Italian, caucasian, gay, lesbian, transgender, bisexual, etc, are all things we are born with and can never change about ourselves, its just life.

  • Just because he wants to be a Cheerleader doesnt make him gay though

  • @CherryIce1114 haha like was he actually gay or did they just assume he's gay cause he wanted to be a cheerleader?

  • It's reassuring to believe that someone out there cares! And people are humane enough to stand up for people like Tyler! :)

  • im really glad they did this, and i think its for a really good cause, but didn't that seem a little scripted? or is it just me? i don't know, i'd rather watch adam lambert's video or barack obama's video, where they came up with what they were going to say themselves and didn't have someone write it for them.

  • @annie8377 well they are actors and actresses. it could have been scripted, but even if it was, I'm sure they had some input on it. You can see the care in their eyes, even if they are speaking from a memorized script. :)

  • ashley tisdale, you're amazing!

  • Ah, so nice of them to invite him there.

  • My aunt joined her school wrestling team and wasn't ridiculed for being gay (she wasn't), but was honored for bringing girl power to the school. Why is it wrong for a boy to want to be a cheerleader? They both wanted to do something they love. I find it encouraging that people are able to know what they want and fight to have it. Most people I knew in school had no clue, including me, what they wanted and never joined any club/team. People who know who they are should be admired, not diminished.

  • I am so happy that finally people are stepping up and doing something about being bullied for who you are/want to be, whether you are gay or not. In my school we had a gay/straight alliance and they had a "queer prom" because for the actual prom you had to be boy/girl paired and because my friend was gay he couldn't bring his partner. I am glad someone is finally listening and helping those who are afraid to speak. I give props to 'It Gets Better Campaign' and all involved, thank you.

  • @FadedColorsxD that right good advice :)

  • Thankyou for sahreing this it means sooo Much. thankx

  • Whats wrong ladyandTramplove you message me with hate comments and you come back and delete your comment to me. Well fk you!

I hope you and your family die off soon idiot.

  • @SpaRtanl33tz well i decided that i didnt want to hate on you like you hate on people who are different from you as angry as your comment made me so i deleted my post :)

  • @SpaRtanl33tz you may have the right but how far are you going to go to express your opinion for it to be heard? keep in mind that your ignorance and choice of words can hurt someone tremendously and could lead to violence towards these individuals. you saying they need to die is way more than is necessary. watch what you say.

  • @FadedColorsxD You are 100% right, I was wrong. I'll "watch" what I say.

  • If they weren't acting on this 'video', it would actually mean something..

  • @daniellacx honestly, if one of those people are their heros they wont care if their acting. when you need support (and don't say you never did) wouldn't you want ANYONE to support you, even if they're acting

  • @SingJiya i'm so sorry that your gay feelings toward men embarrass you so much that you feel the need to publicly come to this video everyday and make fun of other boys who are just like you!!! the feelings you have are normal its okay!!! if you are honest about your gay feelings and quit demoralizing boys just like your self i know you will be less angry and aggressive.

  • My faith in my fellow human population and compassion is dwindling... makes me very sad with so much evolution that we can't evolve our thinking. Guess its true you can't fix stupidity. I still have hope that over all Love will prevail. For those of you who think its okay even in small amounts such as slurs and belittling, I will never hate you, just pitty you.

  • @xxsniperkill And I fully disagree w/ you... It also says Judge not... and God gave me a heart to love people not to hate!

  • @Cleo1Marie actually God gave you free will and a brain to make proper decisions as you so see fit.

  • @xxsniperkill i think the bible is a human suppressing abomination ^^

  • @xxsniperkill Well, the bible is shit. :D

  • You know for all the people whining and bitching about bullies and what not... guess what it's been a fact of life in public schools since there were public schools and way before then. Its called develope a thick skin and learn how to fight for yourself, and if you are just too damn weak minded to deal with it... then yep natural selection will kick in. And if by chance you decide to be gay and share that with the world... you're pretty much asking for it. It's your choice, keep it to yourself.

  • @job1181 With comments like these, it's no wonder that there are so many teen suicides in general. Secondly, if getting beat up, kicked out, fired, killed, and receiving close-minded comments like this is what we have to look forward to for "choosing to be gay", then why the hell would we?

  • @HarveyQuin well even if it's not a choice, it is a choice to share your decision with society at large. So the real question is that if you know you're going to be beat up, kicked out, fired, killed, etc... then why the hell do you feel the need to shove your life style down our throats? Use some common sense.

  • @job1181 So how exactly does that justify said punishment? If that is the kind of response you have then you have no right to talk about common sense. Sure we know that but some of us are in a position where we actually have the support we need. The people that these videos are made for are the ones that either have no support or have support that isn't always readily accessible.

  • @HarveyQuin while it may not justify the punishment, if you know what the punishment is then common sense should be applied. Down in TX if I'm caught with drugs I could easily be given up to life in prison... that's an extreme punishment for the crime but it's still the punishment. So it would be my choice whether to run the risk of doing drugs or not. As for the videos, look to one of your own, Whatthbuck, he says very clearly if you're not in a state that supports you then keep quiet.

  • @job1181 I covered that in my previous comment

  • @job1181 Yeah that sounds like a good idea... while you're at it try sowing your lips together and feeling the burning pain of silence. Then tell us to keep quiet...

  • @job1181

As long as there are close minded freaks like you, I will NEVER EVER be silent. Bring it on. I can take anything you throw at me.

  • @ADTRKICKSASS @ADTRKICKSASS Well maybe all those straight couples making out in the hallways should be mugged....or is that not "flashed in your face" enough? I sure see a lot fewer gay couples even HOLDING HANDS while straight couples can do whatever they want without harassment. My boyfriend and I can go everywhere holding hands and kissing in public while one of my friends couldn't even bring his boyfriend to his junior prom. It doesn't matter that you didn't DO it. You let it happen.

  • Aww this is so sweet. Go tyler ignore those assholes they will fail in life while you will succeed because you are who you are.

  • @BladeAndSoul actually he'll probably die from AIDS sooner than later... you know just saying the odds of that being his end are pretty damn high...lol

  • wow.. that were some big words coming out of ashley tisdale's mouth

  • that was cool!

  • That isn't Ashley tisdale that is aly mashocka (I think that is how you spell her last name) dumbass

  • @DarthOreoz Ashley Tisdale's on the right. They are both there.

  • thank ya'll for taking the time for this....xoxxoxxoxoxoxoxox

  • oh fuk this made meeee cry?! seriously!

  • @jreese66 I think you should learn to spell Heterosexual before you speak. All suicide is tragic, but it is fact gay and bi-sexual kids are four times more likely to commit suicide than their heterosexual peers, largely because of Anti-gay bullying, and this has clearly been seen in the last few weeks. Just because they are focusing on this issue doesn't mean that they don't care about all victims of bullying. By the way, your intolerance is showing...

  • @jreese66 quite bringing politics into this this isnt about democratcs or republicans or any other party this is about people who kill themselves because people are so cruel to them this is about people who are to scared to say who they really are because there afraid how people will react so stop talking about politics and realize not everything revolves around the government!

  • @ToxicOdiousOne

    Just go away, jerk.

  • i love hellcats :) go aly & ashley ^_^

  • @Imaowhalefail your comment is a wale fail

  • This was really nice.... Go Tyler! Who ever you are be strong and don't let anyone ever hurt you or try to change who you are

  • @SingJiyai W,e Dont hate!

  • I thought that was really sweet of them to do. I think that Tyler is amazing for not conforming to what everyone at school told him was right and wrong. He really stayed true to himself and i only hope I can be 1/2 as brave as him in anything that I do.

  • they are so supportive :)

love them and btw u spelled the title wrong.

It's hellcats cast not hellcats cats :P

  • @derekdb2 god please! please! read more scriptures from this bible of lies! please!!!! nothing gets me wetter. oh god i think im gonna cum. <3

  • awwwwwe this is soooo sweet it makes me cry :) they are all RIGHT.. you should express yourself and be who you truly are!

  • Really sweet of them to invite him to the set. What is Hellcats

  • "Keep doin ur thing man!"

    seriously ?

  • crap

  • hey ahsley tisdale how is zac efron oooops vanessa hudgen sexy ass has him

  • @drizzy345

    wtff?

  • @drizzy345

    what the f***

  • so... wanting to be a cheerleader automatically makes you gay?

  • this seems like it's more about saying "it's okay to be a cheerleader".

  • yeah rock on! u know how to read!!! if u are actors can't u just decorate that?? or just pretend to be more natural??

and BTW just because he wanted to be a cheerleader does that mean he's gay?? COME ON!!

  • Right after this video they made a commercial for red lobster i bet.

  • Nicely read. Way to get some attention. FUCK THESE PHONY IDIOTS.

  • @ADTRKICKSASS ok bye

  • Something that is amazing is that on everyone of these videos addressing bullying you will find bullying in the comments below them.

  • @boyperson1986 They don't miss a chance. It's not as though they do themselves any favours by proving everyone right in the end. Bullies bully to feel better about themselves.

  • @ADTRKICKSASS is not worth it talikng to you

  • @ADTRKICKSASS what you said was mean

  • broken arm thats it? he was lucky

  • @ADTRKICKSASS shut up

  • Previous posters, maybe because it is against ALL bullying and prejudice. That means not labeling at ALL. Fat, nerd, smart, gays, hispanic, white,blonde......!!! Let's do get rid of the labels! Let's start treating every single person on earth with dignity and respect! Those who do not need to look closely at them selves.

  • WOW!!!! Funny how this bully Tyler Wilson get's all this sympathy for being bullied when he is the bully. This kid that "bullied" Tyler now has to be protected @ school from Tyler's friends. If you people olny knew what the people in this town know now it would flip your wig. Let's see what happends when all the charges are dropped against the 2 "bullies" and charges are brought up on Tyler.

  • i wanna have genital to genital connection with ashley tidale

  • Yeah Nigga yeah!!!

  • @lvl99hp nigga you trippin on this video wildin out

  • this video isnt about being gay or gay people being bullied its about a boy who had his arm broken by bullies for wanting to join the cheerleading team. so yea the title is wrong, but its motivational for that boy and ANYONE being bullied.

  • Bullying is gay

  • i would probably make fun of that kid too...

  • I miss the day when gays stayed in the closet and the shame factor existed.

  • @SpaRtanl33tz well isnt someone homophobic.

  • i have a fantasy about the blonde girl and ashley tisdale bullying me at the same time,

  • Comment removed

  • How the fuck is being a guy cheerleader gay you get to throw, hold and talk to girls all the time

I being a girl would be out in the field telling him to go cheer his heart out :D

  • What the fuck just because you're a male cheerleader doesn't mean you're GAY!

  • TYLER ISNT GAY!

  • Great video, but i think it may not have been smart to say

"its your right to try whatever you want to try..."

  • Join Michael and Marisa in the "It Gets Better" campaign to STOP bullying. The sibling music duo urge their peers to stand up against bullying with their acoustic song "The Same." Search for it on YouTube!

  • Wow, the irate homophobes in the comments are the exact reason for the need for the video. Thank you so much Perez for standing up against these despicable and cowardly anti-gay bullies.

  • @RyanSpencer83 You do not get it and are therefore part of the problem; so at least have some decency and not comment at all.

  • Bullying has not become a serious epidemic; it always has been. Actually I think it used to be worse.

  • A broken arm is the "biggest problem"? There's something which was/is even worse. There was a college freshman who committed suicide, because someone filmed him secretly making out with another guy. So now they think a broken arm is worse?

I don't have anything against gay people. And you don't have to be gay to talk about other gay people or try to help them. But the things they said in the video actually don't directly have something to do with being gay .

  • @TheHilaryous1 That's like saying being a male ice skater has nothing to do with being gay. That might be technically correct but defies common sense and reality. Male cheerleaders are bullied and even assaulted (like Tyler was) because they are PERCEIVED to be gay.

  • @FreedomUSA1 Do you actually read my comment? If you do, next time, try to respond so it makes sense. People who think that being a male cheerleader/ice skater/etc. are just stupid. And why even bother?

  • @TheHilaryous1 "I don't have anything against gay people" .... of course you do. The video was specifically designed to support youth who are either gay or perceived as gay and being either tormented, bullied, or murdered. You have no right to create a fantasy image of reality in which those events didn't actually happen.

  • @FreedomUSA1 Wow, what about reading my comment again?

I do not. You don't know anything about me, so you can't judge about me. But the video does not specificly "support" gay people. It just says" stay true to yourself and don't let anyone bring you down" but that's not only for gay people it's for all of us. But I don't care what you have to say, actually. Seems like you don't really understand, what other people(e.g. GoddessOfYou27) are trying to say so whatever

  • This cast is amazing.

    Love Aly Michalka <3

  • LOL funny how the video title insults what the real message is "expressing your feelings" without being bullied

  • Any one who has thought about this situation should be able to figure out that homophobia is at the root of the violence against the boy who wanted to be a cheerleader. Homophobia and sexism work together to punish boys who want to do things traditionally seen as feminine. This boy may or may not be gay, but Hilton is correct in linking the message with the struggles of gay youth, trying to express who they are in a world that disciplines gender non-conforming behaviour.

  • gay pride!!!

  • This has nothing to do with being gay. That was very rude to assume that perez.

  • Love this but please change the title... asap.

  • i dont think they got the message

  • woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow! theire so fake holy shit!

  • I don't understand why Perez assumes this boy is gay.

Just because he wants to be a cheerleader.

  • awwwwwwwwwwww <3 im tearing up.

  • so just cause its a little boy who wants to cheerlead, that makes him gay?

  • @bubblegumprincessxx Why is there something wrong with being gay? How dare you bully someone so young!

  • This is extremely beautiful, I love how they're against bullying just like Demi Lovato is...but this video has nothing to do with being gay. Sure, they say be whoever you want to be, that nothing's wrong with it, but they don't say anything about being gay itself. So the title is wrong. Besides that, this is a very inspiring video and I'm proud of the Hellcats cast. <3

  • @GoddessOfYou27 Hello? All of the attacks included anti-gay epithets and death threats. Plus 7/8 of the recent suicides were gay youth. Tyler was called a "sissie", the f-word, the q-word, and worse. To ignore that is absurd.
