Strickland is hearing evidence on yet another motion which imo he has already made up his mind based on case law. The upshot was Baez scored an own goal with George cos he did in fact end up answering the prosecutor's questions, although trying sometimes to be evasive.The judge did give him a little lattitude re thim questioning the relevancy of a question, but Im sure Strickland will not be so generous at the actual trial and the Prosecution will have George for breakfast.

he can be smug if he want that isnt a crime... imagine if we got arrested everytime we had an attitude??? so long as he isnt being it to the judge or the judge feels veeeery insulted, and it isnt an attitude its more what he says that will get himin trouble.

lol! so then what do you mean then...should the judge hit him or discipline him cuz he is giving the defense attitude...why should he accomodate the defense??? hes upset he is obviously very bitter and he is just responding naturaly to the situation he has been put in to.

Here's the problem. The Anthonys were put into this situation because of their daughter - no one else but Casey is responsible.
Casey could have ended this a long time ago - had she told the truth.
She chose not to do it. She didn't care about what her parents would have to go through - and her parents don't care about ANYONE other than Casey.
And they certainly don't care justice for Caylee.
They all have lied, and thrown innocent people under the bus -
So, while they are in court ---
