North Korea was already caught several times producing photoshopped photos of Kim Jong Il supposedly looking healthy. And those pictures are suspect as well. Some pictures of Kim taken years ago have uncanny resemblance to those pictures (same hat, same clothing), and anyways the guy in the picture can be Kim's double.
