Even though I'm not a girl (or boy, for that matter) I thought this was a fascinating insight into girls' behaviour, especially with regard to assertiveness. I love the notion that a) the powerful don't realise they have power and b) how the mothers often don't help in recognising the difference between assertiveness and aggressiveness.
