Dirt, don't drop the n-bomb asshole. That aside, I don't care if what kind of 285 you have you're going to average 10 FPS with all settings maxed out. On HardOCP the MSI n285GTX SuperPipe OC ran Crysis Warhead with half enthusiast and half gamer and NO AA @ 1920x1200 for an average of 33 FPS (23 low 68 high). Most of the time the graph shows it was about 30 FPS. Turn AA on and that'll be like 10 FPS and simply unplayable by my standards. 33 is barely playable to me.

Yeah AA greatly improves the look even at high resolutions. AA helps A LOT. Even at 2560x1600 AA improves the image quality significantly. In short, you were wrong all around: AA makes the image look TONS better and having a quad SLI improves performance significantly.

have to agree with henry.. i have one gtx295 and when playing shift only one of the gpu's gets to around 63c.. the other is @ 48c.. and gameplay is silky smooth with res at 1920X1080 at max settings.. Damn i love this game!

my rig is the same as yours m8, did you realise its only running on 1 card sli is not supported in this game , even though it is suposed to be :-( check it out using the sli visual indicator) apart from microstutter it still runs ok on 1 ... hope they fix it soon, it will be even better

Nah, not at all :P people tend to look too hard for microstuttering in quad SLI rigs just because it was bad on the 9800GX2 but ive never experienced microststter on this rig at all.
