Lol... sounds like your bosses wife was a better driver and a worse pusher... The 2000 lb tow capacity is just because of the mopar hitch.. go to a hitch shop and they will leagally set you up for 3500. I phoned about that cas I would like to tow a sailboat with mine in the future when Im rich :)
