@jul4race it makes melee attacks reduced so if the rest of your team is in pernix and you have armadyl some teams allow you to use the staff of light spec when tanking for the zaros phase, since nex usually picks on the person with the lowest def stats( in gear and stats)

@TehHorsePker this guid is to get the most hps and most kps. The reason the stats are so high is because you want to get the most kills you can. If you had lowers stats you would probably get more like 2kills per tirp depending on the team size

How about for melee? Derp, most people tend to range but you can still melee. First melee kill = pernix chaps 4 man.
