I'm pretty sure I read an interview where he said he wrote the Busted Stuff album but the label said it was "to depressing" and so they set him up with a producer who had him pick up the electric guitar and that's where the Everyday album came from and why Busted Stuff came out later. And why he jams electric from time to time. Not that I care. I just remember reading that and y'all were talking about Dave playing electric.... GO DAVE!!!
