I don't find it "stupid" at all. Its alot easier to look it up rather than feeling like an idiot and having to ask whats happening with my unborn child because alot of people expect you to know all the facts when you get pregnant!!

I agree with most of what you said. I think the issue most people struggle with is when do we determine "life"? When the baby is born? When the fetus could realistically survive outside the womb? Or is it sooner - during the first trimester? Since we don't have a firm definition of "life" we will continue to struggle with issues like abortion.
