Brilliant, and very funny. It is shot and edited especially well.
My only complaint is that the first real staredown I ever tried lasted 8 minutes until I won, and this was against another 16 year old. The times that are featured in the Doc seem short.
Having just watched the full movie I must say how well made it is. The performances from the actors are amazing; the camera work and editing are spot on; and the film captures the pathos of these types of documentaries superbly. I sincerely hope McCord continues making films of this quality.
Pretty interesting, i've definitely never heard of this stuff though. I thought it only happened with kids. Well I'd say football or swimming is much better sport, but I guess this qualifies as a sport.

Brilliant, and very funny. It is shot and edited especially well.
My only complaint is that the first real staredown I ever tried lasted 8 minutes until I won, and this was against another 16 year old. The times that are featured in the Doc seem short.
Good nonetheless.

Having just watched the full movie I must say how well made it is. The performances from the actors are amazing; the camera work and editing are spot on; and the film captures the pathos of these types of documentaries superbly. I sincerely hope McCord continues making films of this quality.

Pretty interesting, i've definitely never heard of this stuff though. I thought it only happened with kids. Well I'd say football or swimming is much better sport, but I guess this qualifies as a sport.
