She can't be pregnant because in the episode Charlie is 1 right after she gave birth to her she said they're not having another baby and the factory is closed. HSM3 is the ONLY live-action Dsney Channel movie that was released in theatres. No movie based on a Disney Channel live-action show was ever released in theatres. So I doubt this, or Lemonade Mouth 2 will be theatrical releases.
