I agree on The Tree of Life. I really thought I was going to enjoy this movie going into it (watching it on DVD just a few hours ago) but wow, I just couldn't handle it! I had heard some friends say how much they absolutely loved it, but I just gave up after I had realised I had just watched an hour of shaky nature shots and ridiculously ambiguous developments.

i love that Water For Elephants was number two on your list. Reese Witherspoon and Robert Pattinson had great energy. the writers did well to sticking to the book. I love that Tai (the elephant) was so fantastic. everything was so pure in that movie. it was excellent!

Seriously, I think you should do a review on pizza or pie. You can say stuff like "HEY GUYS alotofpeoplewantmetoreviewpizz­aandpie.Pepperoni Pizza is good. I like it. It taste great. I recommend it. it seems like after mj went back to california you tried to compensate by doing regular around the towns and movie reviews with your family but that dropped off after a few months and you didn't do it as often. i miss when your channel had more content, now it's mostly just dvd updates and q and a's. basically, now it's mostly just you in front of a camera and your channel used to have a lot more than that.

@Moviewhiz1 no i understood what i was seeing i watched the whole movie except for one trip to the bathroom,, the cinematography was awful and the soundtrack consisted of an Am based arpeggio on a classical guitar repeated over and over the movie in general had a slow tempo.. no matter how hard i tried couldn't relate to martin sheen's character at all he seemed really stiff and i had an even more difficult time relating to the canadian woman who was walking along and smoking the cigarettes.

@moe354sa. The point was to not only to relate, but try and just follow these characters on their difficult journeys. If you could relate to one of their struggles it probably would've been better. I think if you couldn't, you should try and think of a difficult obstacle you, yourself are trying to overcome. The cinematography, I thought, was great. Nice atmosphere, very gentle tone, and the whole film not negative in anyway. I believe Estevez even said the film "is not anti anything."

Creature's change from limited release to wide stunned even the cast. They did it within a week from what I read and had no wide trailer for it lol.We saw the Thing prequel , we did like how they linked it up with the 80's one. But we disagreed on the finish with the woman at the end. How long was Tree of Life ? I heard it was a long one. Nice list of films.

Hello, my favourite 2011 movies: 1. The Hangover - Part II (9.0) 2. Super 8 (9.0) 3. Harry Potter 7.2 (8.5) 4. Limitless (8.4) 5. Rise of the Planet of the Apes (8.0) I have seen more '2011 movies', but not all yet. I have ordered the next movies: - Cowboy's and Aliens, Captain America, Thor, Transformers & Green Lantern. So I don't have a real top 10 yet :D
