I drum inside this exact set up at church. A church dead set on using a shield because "drums are loud". The constant opening and closing of the panel we use to get inside cause the whole structure to flex and bulge. We constantly have to readjust everything. And yes...it's gets REALLY hot in there. even with that small supplied fan that comes with it. This may work in small room settings, but not in a large sanctuary like my church. The sound guys fight more now than they did before the shield
@jjlwis The panels have notches cutout at the corners so cables can run through without getting crushed. The bigger packs have a fan supplied with them and to access, you just slide one of the panels.
