Register your own email as a contact in the Wii's address book, then wait a while you should receive an email from your Wii, reply to it then your Wii will be able to send and receive email from that address, when you send an email to your Wii the light will come on when it is received (usually about 10-30mins)

The light is on as they are dummy models. The real Wii's were hidden away in the cupboards etc.

How come the light on the console is always on during gameplay? I was under the impression that it only turned on when you booted up the console or recieved a message.
