This is one of my most favorite songs of all time. Unfortuantely, it took me through the biggest heartbreak of all time, too. That was 31 years ago. whenever I hear it, I relive it. I'm 65 now.

If you close your eyes after the first two verses, his song actually takes u sailing. Very few songs touch you like this. Two others are "Blow Away" by George Harrison (RIP George) and "2000 Light years from Home" by the Stones.
@FrauKnollable It's ok I am going to be 50 in Sept. of 2012, I love all my music, my 18 yr old laughs and thinks I'm obsolete....Hey our music will always live on...today's music is not music, I also have a 22 yr old and a 30 yr old., and 4 grand daughters from my 30 yr old daughter. The 22 and 18 yr old are boys and still live at home.
Respond to this video... You know what I live in the USA, born in New Jersey, moved to Miami Fl. 15 yrs ago, and for some reason this song reminds me of happy carefree times or days and of the Florida Keys. As close as the Florida Keys are to me I have never been to Key West only the Upper Keys, then again I've never been to Disney, and I live in Florida...Saaaadddd!!! Can't afford it.
I'm 16 and my ipod has every Christopher Cross songs. I think I belong to the 80's music world. Where singers get fans because they CAN really sing. And not because of their looks or how their hair flips.

Wow, in the 80's I handpainted canvas, yards and yards of it on long, long tables. This song helped ease the monotony of it all!
