Some of the stock and flat cars are Walthers, some of the stock cars are Gem City (I think) wood kits, and some of the flats are scratch built. A lot of the wagons are scratch built from plans or photos, and some are resin kits. There are a few of the Walthers kits as well. I think it was Walthers who made spoke whee kits, so Dad used those to convert everything to spoke wheels.
