Young lady I am typing this in the heart of Sweet Potato/Yam country in Louisiana. I live 30 miles from the newest and largest Sweet Potato Processor in the world. You can bake the fries, but like others have pointed out the fries need to be fried. Fries are not fries if they are not fried.

We sure appreciate people like yourself that enjoy Sweet Potato Fries. If you do not like to peel go to your grocer's freezer section and enjoy Sweet TaterTots and Fries...

Hi. its cut 2 big for an oven, pooring maple syrup all over it isn't so cool, u could fry it or test roasting before the filming. and you're super good at spices than it seems but u dont have the "hang". y don't u use a lil less spice, more olive oil, let them all golden by mixing it all well, use higher temperature, and the guy looks cool but u get away from that muder-- syrup. it won't work. , and you're beautifull. and I friggin liked the series. an the name is super.
