Media tinker-the first think I would do is practice quarter turns and full turns with basic hooping levels. While hooping to the left, the cue for a quarter turn is a head look to the left, and the cue for a full turn is a head look to the right. Have fun!
Coming to this without any bellydance ATS experience, your videos are essential to understanding how it all works. Would love to know more about cues (maybe the next video?) so that I can start developing combos with friends.
