  • hey... ive been starting to work out recently and ive been trying to switch it up, biking, (20-40 miles a week) swimming(1hr of moderate freestyle) walking (2.5 miles 3times a week) high intense cardio workout for 25 minutes and its been 15 days and i only lost 6 pounds im 5'6 and was 136 but now i am 130 and i would like to get down to 125-120 i am changing the way i eat alot protein and veggies! i wanna change my stomach will this excerise flatten my stomach alot wen would i see results?

  • I really have a gut but, I am not overweight. It started happening after I stopped doing dancing hip-hop teams. So, I really need a flat stomach. Soon I'm starting swimming lessons cuz I loveee water! And, I really need some regular exercise now. If your doing some sport you love to do that you don't find hard to do but, Is a workout go for it!

  • I'm liking this Dr. Tim dude. He makes working out seem a lot less horrible by putting some humor into it. Sometimes that's what people need. I hope this also works, from the feedback I'd say people find it working.

  • im have never had any sort of packs definition on my stomach but after 3 weeks of doing this routine i started seeing a difference after a month i had 2 packs a month and a half i have a complete four pack. thanks for this helpful tip

  • This routine puts alot of pressure on neck and shoulders. Don't do it, you will seriously pull muscles or worse.

  • No disadvantages... all bonus! Do it - 3 sets would be great for faster results. Increase the reps and really bend into the the turn when you grab your foot. 3 sets 50 reps = great results! All my best! Let me know how you do, I know you will do great!

  • Absolute - 3 sets a day / work your way up to 50 reps. You will love the results. I will post another ab vid specifically working your sides.

    I have problem with my belly fat,i am 26 and weight 49 with 162cm of body height.my problem is i eat healthy with right portion,had a appendix surgery a year ago..since then its hard to lose my belly fat even i do exercise,i run 3 times a weeks and do some abs exercise.can you tell me what went wrong with me?

  • Absolute! Abs are respiratory muscles and a very important part of our total well being, they are our core. You can definitely work this muscle group every day!
