my friend, each verse of the quran comes with certain story behind it.
the verses about killing the non believers were sent down to prophet Muhammad specifically during the time of war. Yet some people exploit the verse in a very negative way to confuse our non muslim friends.
if you read another verse in quran it says, the best friend to muslims are the Nasrani (Christians).
I have plenty of christian friends and even jewish around me and we live in peace and harmony.
Because some of the verses just came to Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) allowing him to DEFEND back because he was not allowed by god to fight even if they were killed or tortured by non-believers.

But my question is how come that in some parts of the koran it says: that you are not allowed to kill a human being, while it in other parts of the koran says: "strike down the non believers" "chop their heads off" and stuff like that. I'm just wondering, because it is a bit confusing??

my friend, each verse of the quran comes with certain story behind it.
the verses about killing the non believers were sent down to prophet Muhammad specifically during the time of war. Yet some people exploit the verse in a very negative way to confuse our non muslim friends.
if you read another verse in quran it says, the best friend to muslims are the Nasrani (Christians).
I have plenty of christian friends and even jewish around me and we live in peace and harmony.
