I have never played animal crossing for the wii , but im still enjoying animal crossing on gamecube . Just started a new town the other , all these years later its still a great game.
Well i have all 4 animal crossings. Here's how i met each one.
1.City folk. When i bought my wii in june 22 of 2010,i bought it..
2.I got it September 29 of 2010.I was bored at the shops.I wanted to stay all day in my house playing cf.Then, mom bought me ww for ds so i could take animal crossing with me ANYWHERE.
3.Animal Crossing.I got it on January 16 of 2011.My uncle had it,so he gave it to me as a gift since i love animal crossing so much.
I haven't really played the GC version, but i really think they should try the topdown-screen-based view again. And bring back stuff like the police station. They should really consider redoing the whole city from the Wii game, not because it's ugly, but because essentially, all it features are simplified versions of the original random in-town encounters (dr. shrunk for example.) or in general just pure re-use.
Lol can someone please comfort me. I sold my wii cause i didnt like using the controller for most games yet i still had the animal crossing CF - city folk version. I got a dsixl instead along with like 10 games or mebbe less lol. Point is i need comfort! Comfort i tell you! People make wild world sound horrible :(
At the end, what they were doing was impossible in WW, you can't buy any equipment until you finish working for Nook, and the music that plays while you work for him was playing.
gamecube: no wifi, no sky, character wears funny hat with horn, can only visit friend's town if on your gamecube (via memory card) also only can visit if friend is not home, all the more too simple.
wild world: wifi, sky, same basic principles of gamecube version, can visit friend's town through wifi, no playing one at a time.
I would've liked to see the original (and Japan-only) "Animal Forest" for N64 in there as well, but I imagine that it's not that different from the GameCube game.
@Starz727 The GC version is wonderful. Sure, there's no Wifi, but there are also fun features like the NES games, the island, and more holidays. You can usually buy it pretty cheap, so it's a game I would definitely recommend!
i found my sisters acww and i went on it ALL the time then i saw accf and i got it one day i went on ds version sionce i was bored.. the graphics and stuff SUCK! well compared to wii
i like the wii...the graphics are the best! I started out with Wild World but then switched to City Folk. After playing CF for awhile i tried Wild World again and there was a HUGE difference!
When you think about it... Theres no difference with ACCF because they only added a city, thats it. But when you're over wifi you cant go to the city. So its just like the old versions.
they all have advantages, the wii one is neatest and has the city, the ds one if portaball (duh) but i like the gamecube one most. it has most stuff (like nes games)
I love animal crossing, but I think it's the moments of self appreciation you get from doing so much work for your town, and how you see the new surprises everyday brings out.
Can anybody help me with this question!!
I want to know how are all the other Animal Crossing games are the same games?
Are they the same games?

cityfolk: same basic principle as wild world

@seanw23 The only real reason for a sky is to shoot down presents, and In GC they still have those presents.

it's cool the game got so many stuff but the town is way too messy
ACWW:5/10
the game doesn't even have anything special abaout it.You can find almost anything in the ACCF
ACCF:10/10
It's the BEEEEEST!i really love this game

You obviously didn't make this video, you don't even typed the GC version right, you typed Wild World, which was, for the DS.

City Folk has a much tidier, new look than the GC Version. On the other hand I think GC has more things in it. Eg. The glowing spot in the ground.
