hmm sea salt flush i have tried a little bit o salt in some water before it was interesting it mad me feel a lot better saltwater is an old remedy fore parasites and would likely kill them +bad bacteria and good bacteria in your stomach its also a natural antidepressant ,i would take some acidophilus when u finish this tho to replenish your good bacteria:)....
Hi Dianne. Congrats on accomplishing your Master Cleanse goal. Not many people have the discipline to do it. I'm on day 14 and already lost 12 lbs. I feel fantastic! Planning to continue as long as I can. How many days did you do?
The difference between a colonic and the MC is the MC cleanses the entire digestive tract. A colonic only cleanses the colon. I recommend both! I release the same amount of waste during a 40 minute colonic as I do the whole 10 days of the MC! Enemas are similar to colonics, but they are self administered and don't use as much water. In my opinion, the MC is more about the detoxification process.
