I first heard this in 1966 as part of the Deadly Affair soundtrack. That version was more laid back but killer nonetheless. Of course since it was rranged by the great Quincy Jones how could it be anything but killer?

It was composed by Quincy Jones and originally released on Verve records awhile ago, in the late 1960's. I believe.

The original song is from the soundtrack of a Bond like film, "The Deadly Affair." The soundtrack was done by Quincy Jones and has some really beautiful music on it.
