hey my husband is about to go to WOCS. any advice? do you know what the drop out rate is? how many push-ups etc? he's getting conflicting reports. i'm guessing from old WO's ?!?!
The PT at WOCS isn't that bad. Just make sure you can easily pass the PT Test when you show up. Believe it or not, there's always at least one person that fails and gets recylced or sent home.
Cool thanks...im submitting my package for Flight WOCS here shortly. Just passed the flight physical and am about to take the AFAST. Im getting pretty excited.
Are you in the Army in any shape or form? If not youll have to locate a local unit, and they are located all over the country, contact their headquarters and headquarters comany (HHC) S3 operations officer....he/she should be able to point you in the right direction. Feel free to contact a recruiter too but dont let them sucker you into signing up for some job you dont want.
A lot of the harassment stuff at WOCS you hear about from old WOs has been abolished. They focus more on leadership. There's still a lot of dumb stuff to deal with, though. Long days...
Similar except they expect a little more since you're going to be an officer. That's the hardest part - trying to act like an officer after being an NCO. They can't teach that in a school-house.
this looks like a easy version of Basic Training. looks fun tho

well as im in the guard, and my unit flys the apache, i shall too fly the apache. Id prefer blackhawks but apaches are pretty freakin cool too.

is it similar to PLDC/WLC or BNCOC? those were some long days.
