Wish so it would be much more exciting when theres more aggressive groups, but i wonder if the usa did become a level 1 country then what yearly competition would they play in? hopefully its the football championship...
It's great seeing over countries adopting the sport. Grew up playing and would love to see most countries in the world playing it. New Zealand signing out :)
those kids are gunna get shocked when the play in new zeland there gunna get pumped saidly to say because a 14 year old new zelander would average around 90kg and are twice as skilled as these players sorry to say but it's true
@fobtongaikale21 Im pretty sure they do already. There are a number of Polynesian players in the NFL and apparently have a much higher chance of making the league then any other race in the US.
The club I play for in WA in Aus is getting more kids coming to play than they can accept! You hardly ever hear how fast our game is becoming popular, and we just had our most exciting World Cup yet. Loving the future of world rugby!
very interesting clip, I really enjoyed it. Its good to see rugby out there in traditionally non-rugby playing nations. I'm very impressed with the scholarship offered. Who'd of thought that coming here to NZ for schooling and rugby training would be considered prestigious lol. Well done Play Rugby USA
Wow its so good to see this. The growth in the younger groups is what is needed. Alot of americans always look to their NFL athletes where it's just not needed.
@Ferrari333SP Hope so it would be alot more interesting when theres more competitive teams, but i wonder if the usa did become a tier 1 nation then what annual tournament would they play in? i hope its the rugby championship
@Ferrari333SP Until the top players get paid to play not much is going to happen. These guys are either students or holding down full time jobs. You cant hope to begin to hold your own against fully professional athletes until the playing field is level. Same in any sport. Its a tough one.
AWSOME to see this .. keep up the good work mate .. much love from AUSTRALiA and NEW ZEALAND .. ps go tonga for world cup champions in the Rugby World Cup 2o11 .. haha jks .. one love !

Russia will be a major nation sooner or later. they are building rugby specific stadiums and will host the 7's world cup in 2013

@GILBERHE that's true in a couple of decades to come the like of USA, Russia and even Italy should be up there with the greats IMO.

The USA national team in 2019 will be a force to be reckoned with, with all the youth now coming up through the system
