the tricks he is doing are called arials. they are forbidden in tournaments, but some of them are pretty hard to learn. the guy who performed the tricks is adam imanpoor from canada, and it the video was made in 2002 or so. he then changed name and quit tablesoccer in favour of his actor-career.
